The Bachelor of Psychology with Human Resource Development with Honours provides you with a unique opportunity to obtain a multidisciplinary bachelor degree with a major in psychology and a minor in human resource development fields. This program offers an in-depth understanding of human behaviours and mental processes and also the core understanding of human resource development. It integrates biological, social, and individual factors that shape human psychological processes. You will also learn about prominent human resource theories and practices such as talent development, organization behaviour, and employee well-being skills required to successfully manage people at work.

The program offers psychology major core and elective courses, human resource development minor core courses and university general courses, employing active blended learning approaches. The course also requires the students to complete final year research project to enhance their scientific and research skills. Students will also undergo 20 weeks of supervised industrial exposure in the final semester, providing them with valuable experience to apply theoretical learning to real-world contexts. With the hands-on experience, you will develop your research, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to analyse and address complex behavioural issues in diverse settings.

With this bachelor degree, graduates may gain entry to numerous career prospects including and not limited to: psychology officer, researcher, lecturer, human resource executive, workplace well-being coordinator, recruitment consultant, training coordinator, and corporate trainer. Graduates may also pursue further specialization in various basic and applied areas of psychology such as counselling psychology, clinical psychology, industrial and organizational psychology. This multidisciplinary degree allows you to make worthwhile contributions to numerous industries by understanding human behaviour and optimizing workforce potential.

● Passed STPM with at least Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in the following subjects: Mathematics (M) or Mathematics (T)/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business Studies/ Physics/ Biology/ Information and Communications Technology/ History/ Visual Arts

● Any one (1) other subject except General Studies
AND
● Obtained at least a credit (Grade C) at SPM level in the following subject group:
