Create new concepts/theories/solutions/practices through independent research and originality that satisfies international standards within the field of Civil Engineering using the latest techniques, tools, and skills.

Integrate highly advanced and specialized research methodologies and tools based on the forefront knowledge and latest developments in the field of Civil Engineering to solve complex research problems with a reasonable degree of originality.
