PEO1 : Develop, apply and disseminate knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of halal science.

PEO 2 : Conduct research by practicing critical thinking for the development of the halal hub industry in Malaysia in a creative and innovative way

PEO 3 : Conducting consultations in the field of halal science to fulfill Malaysia's aspiration to become the world's halal hub

PLO1:Apply knowledge critically and integratively to manage and resolve complex problems or issues in halal science through research, to produce new ideas, and innovative solutions
PLO2: Conduct standard research and apply practical skills, tools or investigative techniques in line with the latest development in the halal science field.
PLO3: Work together and collaboratively with various experts in halal science communities and other networks, ethically and professionally.
PLO4: Use and combine numerical and graphical data for measurement in conducting halal science research
PLO5:Use a broad range of information, media and technology applications to support research in halal science field.

1. A Bachelor degree with honours in a relevant field from UTM or any other institutions of higher learning recognized by the UTM Senate; or
2. A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor degree and experience in the relevant field recognized by the UTM Senate.

Requirement for international students
Students must have a valid two-year TOEFL certificate with PBT score of 600 or above (IBT/CBT equivalent) or IELTS Band 7.
