APPOINTED EDUCATION AGENTS
UTM works with a global network of officially appointed education agents to assist prospective international students with their applications.
Eligibility Letter
Issued based on a preliminary review of documents to indicate that the applicant meets the minimum entry requirements. This letter is free of charge and is not an offer of admission.
Conditional Offer Letter
Issued after formal evaluation, indicating that the applicant is provisionally accepted, subject to fulfilling specific requirements (e.g., final results, English proficiency, document verification). A non-refundable processing fee is required. This is not a final admission.
Offer Letter (Final)
Issued upon fulfilment of all admission requirements. This letter confirms final admission to UTM and is required for visa application and registration. A non-refundable processing fee applies.
Important Note
a. Only the Final Offer Letter confirms successful admission.
b. Eligibility and Conditional Letters must not be interpreted as admission confirmation, and payment of processing fees does not guarantee admission or scholarship award.
