MULTI-PHASE APPOINTMENT & PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKS
Appointment Phases
The appointment process involves a probationary period followed by a full contract, each with specific recruitment targets.
| PHASE | DESCRIPTION | TARGET/ACHIEVEMENT |
| Evaluation | The initial assessment will be conducted either through an online interview session or by submitting a detailed evaluation form for review. | |
| Phase 1 : Recruitment Representative (Probation) | UTM will appoint your agency as a Probationary Agent for a one-year term. | Recruit a minimum of three (3) regsitered international students within this one-year period. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the termination of the appointment. |
| Phase 2 : Recruitment Agent (Full Appointment) | Upon successful conpletion of Phase 1, you will be offered a “Service for Contract” to sign a full appointment with UTM |
Enroll a total of 10 undergraduate and 15 postgraduate registered international students within the two (2) years of the full contract.
