The Master of Education (Measurement and Evaluation) program is designed to cultivate highly skilled individuals capable of developing data-driven and innovative assessment systems. This program focuses on the design of valid and reliable measurement tools, advanced statistical analysis, and comprehensive evaluation of educational program effectiveness.
With a dynamic and future-focused curriculum, students will gain in-depth knowledge of measurement theory, formative and summative assessment practices, and the application of cutting-edge technologies, such as adaptive testing and educational data analytics. “CGPA ≥ 2.5 for the bachelor degree in Education or bachelor degree from other areas of specialization with a Diploma in Education with CGPA not less than 2.5 ; or
Bachelor degree with CGPA < 2.5 but have teaching experience or relevant work experience may be considered – subject to conditions and procedures prescribed by University ; or
Candidates without professional qualifications may be considered into the programme but must complete one additional course during first semester of the programme:

ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
International students who wish to enroll in the postgraduate programs at UTM must meet the English language competency requirements as stipulated below:
Malaysia University Entrance Test (MUET) with a minimum score of Band 4.0 and above; or
IELTS with a minimum score of Band 6.0 and above; or
TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 60 and above; or
Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) B2 First (FCE), C1 Advanced (CAE), C2 Proficiency (CPE), with a minimum score of 169 and above; or
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic with a minimum score of 59 and above; or
Certified Intensive English Programme Level (CIEP Level) achieving Level 109 and above.
