Syarat Am Universiti
Memiliki kelayakan minimum Ijazah Sarjana Muda dengan
sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 2.50 dalam bidang yang
berkaitan atau yang setaraf dari Universiti yang diiktiraf
oleh senat mengikut syarat-syarat asas kemasukan;
Atau
Bagi calon dengan 2.00 < PNGK < 2.50, calon hendaklah
mempunyai pengalaman bekerja melebihi lima (5) tahun
dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
Syarat Pre-master (untuk calon berlatarbelakang
bukan bidang Kejuruteraan Awam):
Syarat pre-master yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah di
peringkat prasiswazah sebelum ini dimansuhkan kerana
semenjak dikuatkuasakan pada 2019, tiada enrolmen dari
calon bukan bidang.

Syarat Khas Fakulti
Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang sains, teknologi dan
kejuruteraan dengan kepujian daripada Universiti
Teknologi Malaysia atau dari mana-mana Institusi
Pengajian Tinggi yang diiktiraf oleh Senat;
Atau
Memiliki kelulusan yang setaraf dengan Ijazah Sarjana
Muda dalam bidang sains, teknologi dan kejuruteraan
serta mempunyai pengalaman bekerja selama lima (5)
tahun dalam bidang yang berkaitan yang diiktiraf oleh
Senat.
Bagi pemohon yang berasal dari negara yang
menggunakan Bahasa Inggeris sebagai Bahasa
Kebangsaan;
Atau
Pemohon yang memiliki kelayakan akademik daripada
institusi yang menggunakan Bahasa Inggeris sepenuhnya
sebagai bahasa penghantar.
Calon pelajar antarabangsa perlu mempunyai kelayakan
minimum Bahasa Inggeris Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL) (iBT) skor 60 atau International
English Language Test System (IELTS) band 6.0 atau
Malaysian Universities English Test (MUET) band 4.0.
Pengecualian boleh diberi kepada calon luar negara yang
berasal dari negara yang bahasa ibundanya Bahasa
Inggeris atau mempunyai kelulusan dari negara tersebut.
Calon yang tidak memenuhi syarat kemahiran Bahasa
Inggeris dikehendaki mengambil Ujian Bahasa Inggeris
Universiti sebelum dibenarkan untuk mendaftar program
pengajian. Calon perlu menghadiri samada:
i. Intensive English Programme (IEP) di Akademi
Bahasa, UTM dan lulus IELTS
sekurangkurangnya band 6.0 atau lulus Common
European Framework of Reference for Language
(CEFR) – ujian selaras dengan skor kemahiran
yang dinyatakan di laman web:
