Applicants who do not meet the English proficiency requirements of their chosen\u00a0programme at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) can\u00a0 improve their English at\u00a0Intensive English Programme (IEP) at\u00a0Language Academy, UTM or the Certified\u00a0Intensive English Programme (CIEP) at ELS Language Centres in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

ELS Language Centres has been a trusted partner of UTM since 2015.\u00a0The ELS Certified\u00a0Intensive English Programme (CIEP) is approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education,\u00a0allowing university admission without the need for IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE tests.
