ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Doctoral Degree at UTM)
\nTo join the prestigious family of UTM postgraduates, here’s what you need in your academic backpack:
\nMaster\u2019s Degree:
\nFrom Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) or any other university recognized by the UTM Senate.
\nOr other qualifications equivalent to a Master\u2019s Degree plus relevant field experience, as recognized by the Senate.
\nBonus route: If you\u2019re already a UTM master’s student, you may upgrade if your faculty\u2019s Graduate Studies Committee and the Senate approve it. (Basically, if you’re awesome, they notice!)
\nWork Experience:
\nAt least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field \u2014 time to put that experience badge to good use!<\/p>\n
ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS (International Students)

\nMUET: Minimum Band 4.0
\nIELTS: Minimum Band 6.0
\nTOEFL iBT: Score of 60 and above
\nCambridge English (FCE, CAE, CPE): Score of 168 and above
\nPearson PTE Academic: Score of 59 and above
\nCertified Intensive English Programme (CIEP Level 109): Hello fluent English speaker! \ud83c\udf89
