How to become a UTM Recruitment Agent ?

Please note that as a prospective international agent of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) you are expected :

i) To abide by the highest ethical standards and comply with any laws and regulations in the Malaysia applicable to education agents.

ii) To conduct yourself with due regard to the regulatory conditions in the market(s) in which you operate in compliance with all applicable national laws, regulations and official policies

iii) Conduct yourself with integrity and in a manner that will reflect positively on the image of your profession and of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia as reliable and trustworthy providers of high quality education and training.

iv) To recognise Universiti Teknologi Malaysia duties as a Highly Trusted Sponsor (HTS).

v) To assess any refused applications, non-enrolments and any students who do not complete their course.

vi) Staff and any students of UTM are not allowed to apply UTM International Agent.

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia conducts thorough due diligence on all prospective agents and sets recruitment targets annually. New agents are normally awarded a two year contract during which time a business plan and good working relationship is developed with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
