  • Original scan of EMGS Approval Letter/EVAL (For student currently in Malaysia) / Related Pass (For International Students Only)
  • Original scan of Academic Qualifications
  • Original scan of English Proficiency Certificate (For International Students Only)
  • Proof of Tuition Fees Payment / Sponsorship Letter
  • Form 1 – Letter of Undertaking
  • Form 2 – New Student Registration Form
  • Form 3 – English Preparatory Form (if applicable for International Students Only)
  • Form 4 – Financial Guarantee Form (for Malaysian)
  • Form 5 – Personal Data Protection Notice
  • Original scan of Health Assessment Form (Verified by Medical Officer)
