For New Postgraduate Student
Semester II, 2024/2025 Session (February 2025 Intake)
IMPORTANCE NOTICE
Dear all new students,
With reference to Academic Circular No. 2/2005, please be informed that all Teaching and Learning (T&L) activities from 17th March 2025 to 4th April 2025 (the first to the third week of Semester II, 2024/2025) will be conducted online.
In line with the online T&L activities, students (for non-ODL students) who face constraints in attending the reception as stipulated in the offer letter may opt to come to campus on 7th April 2025 to complete the full registration process and attend physical classes.
However, we advise all new students to complete their online registration via edaftar.utm.my between 10th February 2025 and 20th February 2025, or no later than the start of the semester (17th March 2025), to avoid delays in online course registration and participation in classes.
Attached are the Academic Circular Vol. 2/2025 and the Registration Guide for the February 2025 Intake for your reference.

- Original scan of EMGS Approval Letter/EVAL (For student currently in Malaysia) / Related Pass (For International Students Only)
- Original scan of Academic Qualifications
- Original scan of English Proficiency Certificate (For International Students Only)
- Proof of Tuition Fees Payment / Sponsorship Letter
- Form 1 – Letter of Undertaking
- Form 2 – New Student Registration Form
- Form 3 – English Preparatory Form (if applicable for International Students Only)
- Form 4 – Financial Guarantee Form (for Malaysian)
- Form 5 – Personal Data Protection Notice
- Original scan of Health Assessment Form (Verified by Medical Officer)
