- Original scan of EMGS Approval Letter/EVAL (For student currently in Malaysia) / Related Pass
- Original scan of Academic Qualifications
- Original scan of English Proficiency Certificate
- Proof of Tuition Fees Payment / Sponsorship Letter
- Form 1 – Letter of Undertaking
- Form 2 – New Student Registration Form
- Form 3 – English Preparatory Form
- Form 4 – Original scan of Health Assessment Form (Verified by Medical Officer)
- Form 5 – Personal Data Protection Notice
